Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site or submitting information, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

What Care Las Vegas provides

Care Las Vegas LLC is a Nevada senior living community referral agency. We help families identify group-home options, connect clients with independent caregivers, and connect clients with independent home-service partners. We coordinate and facilitate introductions; we do not operate the referred facilities and do not employ, direct, or control independent caregivers or partner businesses.

Not medical or emergency services

Website information is general and is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Care decisions remain with the client, authorized decision-maker, and licensed professionals. Do not use the site for an emergency; call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Fees and payments

Group-home placement referral services are free to individuals and families seeking care. Care Las Vegas is compensated by participating care providers when a placement qualifies under the provider agreement. Caregiver-shift and home-service pricing is disclosed separately and paid directly between the applicable parties for the current MVP; Care Las Vegas does not process those payments through this site.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for accurate, current information; protecting account credentials; and activity under your account. Caregivers and partner agencies must provide truthful licensing, credential, insurance, availability, service-area, and work information. Verification is not a guarantee of future performance or continued eligibility.

Independent providers and client decisions

Families choose whether to contact, tour, hire, or contract with a provider. Availability, licensing, rates, services, and fit can change. You should conduct your own review and read the provider's agreement before making a decision. Independent caregivers and partners control whether to accept offered work and are responsible for their work, taxes, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, including by:

• submitting false, unlawful, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive information;
• accessing another person's account or nonpublic data without authorization;
• scraping, probing, disrupting, or attempting to defeat security or rate limits; or
• using the service to discriminate, harass, exploit, or violate another person's rights.

Availability, suspension, and disclaimers

We may change, pause, restrict, or stop features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent Nevada law permits, Care Las Vegas disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the site or an independent provider's acts or omissions. Nothing here limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
