Services offered

For a person seeking a senior living community or group home, Care Las Vegas may:

• discuss the person's care needs, preferences, location, timing, and financial considerations;
• complete or coordinate the required needs and financial assessment through qualified licensed staff;
• identify and present suitable participating homes and explain available services and amenities;
• coordinate introductions, information exchange, tours, placement, and follow-up; and
• provide a free re-referral or applicable refund remedy if a placement is inappropriate within 30 days, as required by the client agreement and Nevada law.

Care Las Vegas is a referral agency. It does not own or operate the homes it recommends and does not make the final admission, medical, or care decision.

Fees and compensation

You and your family do not pay Care Las Vegas a fee for placement referral services. Participating care providers compensate Care Las Vegas when a referred person successfully moves into a contracted home. The amount and terms are established in the separate agreement between Care Las Vegas and the provider. This provider-paid arrangement does not increase the family's referral fee, which is $0.

A home's housing, care, deposits, and other charges are separate and are set by that home. Review those charges and the home's contract directly before admission. Care Las Vegas does not guarantee availability or a provider's price.

Your choice and acknowledgment

You are free to accept or decline any option, seek other options, and choose any provider. Before a referral is made, Care Las Vegas will provide this disclosure and its client service agreement and record acknowledgment. If the disclosure is made orally, the oral disclosure must be recorded as required by Nevada law.
